Record $700,000 50/50 jackpot at Edmonton Eskimos game.

Alberta rules allow the carryforward of unclaimed prizes.  This stirred a buying frenzy at an Eskimos game when their electronic raffle ticket winner went unclaimed.  They brought forward $71,000 dollars, but the 40,000 fans spent more than another $600,000 which got the jackpot a little frothy.
